As an optimized kinetic chromogenic reagent curated to simulate the natural LAL reaction, the formulation and composition of Trillium includes the three critical biological proteins (recombinant Factor C, recombinant Factor B, and recombinant proclotting enzyme) and a specific concentration of key components.
